Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Bahria Ka Dost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Bidding Is Binding

Once you place a bid, it cannot be withdrawn. If you win an auction, you are expected to complete the purchase. Refusing to complete a winning bid may result in forfeiture of your security deposit and suspension of your account.

3. Security Deposits

To join an auction, you must lock a security deposit in your wallet. This deposit is refunded automatically if you are outbid. If you win, the deposit is applied toward your 1% buyer commission.

4. Commission

Bahria Ka Dost charges a 1% commission to the buyer and a 1% commission to the seller on the final sale price of any completed auction.

5. Verification

All bidders must complete identity verification (NADRA check) before participating in any auction. Providing false information may result in account suspension.

6. Listings & Approval

All property listings and auctions are reviewed by our admin team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our standards.

7. Disputes

Any disputes between buyers and sellers should first be raised through our support team. We will do our best to mediate fairly.
