Security Deposits

When you join an auction, a security deposit is locked in your wallet. This is not an extra fee — it's your money, held to confirm you're serious about bidding.

If You're Outbid

Your security deposit is refunded automatically and instantly back to your available wallet balance. No waiting, no need to request anything.

If You Win

Your security deposit is applied toward your 1% buyer commission once an admin approves the sale. Any amount left over after the commission is refunded back to your wallet.

Wallet Top-Ups

Funds added to your wallet that haven't been used as a security deposit can be withdrawn by contacting support.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated.
